  1. The importance of revising and editing allows the writer to refine their work. Refining any grammar, spelling, structure, punctuation or any part of the work would make it more clearer.

  2. Editing and revising your work helps you minimize and understand your mistakes, before turning in your work. it also makes it easier for the reader to understand your topic and what your point on the topic.
Today's class was fun, the logical fallacies were a little confusing at first but as we continued with the exercise, it got easier to understand. (maybe it was because i was late to class?)

    4. PSHH nah it wasn't because you were late to class!

    5. Nopop... You weren't late, just fashionably late. There is a difference. Anyway you were still caught up to speed. Safe...under the line...(of the attendance sheet).

  3. The importance of revising and editing allows the writer to look over his/her work and fix grammar, punctuation and spelling (etc.) This overall helps make the paper understandable and neat. Unfortunately I was not able to make it to the face to face session so reading and practising the lesson at home I learned that you must have strong support that relates to your opposition/argument. Writing the conclusion is important because you are emphasizing your support and side of the topic. these elements are necessary for any argumentative essay so that you can persuade the reader to think like you do.

  4. It is important to revise and edit your essay, because it gives the reader a better understanding of what your are talking about. Before turning in your paper it is always helpful to proof read so you can fix any mistakes made. I don't know if we got released early, but I feel like class went by fast. I still need to work on the logical fallacies and I like doing brain stretchers.

    2. True, we don't usually get dismissed so early. But yeah, I would need to work on the logical fallacies too! It's hard to interpret which is which but I know with practice we'll get it!

  5. The importance of revising and editing is to make your works better, of course. By revising and proofreading, you may find mistakes you didn't notice before, and any tweaking you can do to make the document better is good. Also, when you go back and read a section you might find yourself thinking 'hey, this would actually fit in better here...' and moving stuff around. Basically editing, revising, and proofreading is the stage where you have wrote the document, let it cool off for a while, and review it again to make improvements that your tired out brain didn't do in the original draft.
Today's session was like every other, fun and interesting especially on our side. (XD) I learned a lot about trying to persuade your reader and how to identify logical fallacies.

  6. It is important to edit and revise your work. To have a good paper for people to read, its good to go over your paper to look for mistakes and correct them before letting people read your paper. Today in class, i had a good time.Even though i was falling a sleep, i was still able to participate in class today.

  7. It's important edit your paper so that if there were anything that you may have mess up you can fix it and then revise it. That way your paper it's as clean as it should.
Anyway, todays class was interesting. I didn't think that many people would show up, for today. It was fun wasn't it?

  8. Revising and editing stand on an important error correcter. Without this method, professors encounter poor written papers usually revealing a lot of common errors such as grammar and spelling. Revision also gives the writer a chance to reread their paper and fix over some stumbling sentences that need revising.

Today in class, I enjoyed being able to do the brain sketcher with my guitar. Glad to be able to jam a little bit before class ended. Technically class already ended but people were leaving. But the best part in class today within the learning section was about the logical fallacies. I'm actually pretty interested in this topic even though it isn't so easy for me to indicate the differences sometimes.

  13. During the writing process it is essential that the author takes time to revise and edit his/her work. This gives the writer a chance to look over their work and see if there are any mistakes that need to be fixed, or lines that could be reworded differently.

P.S. everyone's brain stretchers were awesome today. Props to Ian for creating another creative speech!
