Reflection - Section 13 - Common Mistakes in Writing - Nov. 12

Wow! After I read the list of common mistakes we make in writing, it made me realize that I have so much to improve in my writings and that this will help me along the way. My most common mistakes are my wrong usage of the commas in my sentences and my paragraphs usually have fragmented sentences that I fail to notice. Today's class was fun and we did many activities involving classification. I learned that classification can be used to make an outline a bit easier and more organized. Overall I learned a lot today.
ReplyDeleteYou can do it and with that I mean you cannot not do it. Which means, if your confused, you can do it. Now that you've found your wrongs. Now you can do them right.

DeleteWell, second one to comment. Anyway, class was very interesting to say as least. Many people learn, many others interfere with giggles. Classification, that was what we have learned today and I shall classify this comment as "words in a blog". If that sound right. Oh well. We were given back our test #3 back and I can't say I wasn't surprise on what I got but I wouldn't give it away.

DeleteAfter going over the common mistakes, I realized that even I needed some improvement. Going over the list made me more cautious about how to write my future essays. It's helpful because it can be my guide with writing essays to improve my paper and avoid errors.

DeleteWow, i must be part of that list of students that make common errors. I know some of it already to understand how to fix those errors but some of them just slip out of my mind. This was very helpful because now I'm aware of the mistakes I make.
ReplyDeleteToday's lesson in classification was helpful in organizing my thoughts a bit more including outlining my papers.
You can't fix all your errors over night. Hopefully we can grow as writers and make less mistakes as we go on.

DeleteThat is quite a lot of common mistakes in grammar, mechanics and punctuation. I hope to recognize mistakes like these for future writing assignments. Today's session was about classification. I believe it would be very helpful for when I have to brainstorm about future assignments.

DeleteAfter going through the whole list of "common mistakes", I realized that I have been making so many errors in my writing ! I need to improve and learn from this. Today's class was fun. Lots of giggles/distractions. Haha !

DeleteAfter today's lesson, i now know that i have been making mistakes on my papers. Im lucky we have peer reviews as well as drafts to make my papers well okay. At least im getting better.
